      East Bay Community Action Program, the local community action program serving Rhode Island's east bay provides a wide array of health and human services. As of January 1, 2016, the merger of East Bay Center with East Bay Community Action Program will be in effect, and East Bay Center will keep its name and familiar, caring staff, as a program of East Bay Community Action Program.
