Founded in 1985, Unitherm Food Systems Inc. specializes in providing food processing equipment and supplies. Based in Bristow, Okla., the company introduced impingement technology for freezing in 1990. It offers an array of products, such as spiral ovens/steamers, mini spiral oven, flame grill system, rotachef roaster, rapidflow oven, boiling kettle, heat chill system, gas infrared grill systems, aquaflow water cooker and many more. The products of Unitherm Food Systems Inc. meet Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations.
