In addition to new equipment manufacture, the company provides overhaul and rehabilitation services for firms needing repair or replacement of production machinery and fixtures. International Engineering s corporate offices and production facilities are located on 116 acres in suburban Kansas City, Mo. Its Missouri plants are equipped to receive and ship by truck, rail, or barge. A proprietary fleet of rail cars, combined with a 150-ton stiffleg crane at the dock facility, gives the company the unique ability to handle large or heavy components. Shop gantry cranes up to 120-ton capacity, and various mobile cranes augment Intercon's extensive material handling capability.
