Hahahaha. I thought I was the only one who felt that there are demonic spirits in the park. People are unhappy living there. Home renters are more flexible to move but the Mobile home owners are stuck. I would not give this park a star if it was not the minimum requirement to rate this park. If you are thinking of purchasing a home there, don't even think. If you plan to rent a property there, don't even think. The owner and management see tenants as detainees.

Honestly one of the worst places to live if you're young and/or have a family. The managers here will push you to the limits. I've been yelled at and publicly ridiculed by them. Your children can't play outside, even if they deem your dog eligible to live here they can take the privilege away with no warning. Not worth it, find somewhere else to live!!!

It's not good if you have kids. The managers and the older people here hate kids. If the manager like you , you and your kids can do whatever you want. If they don't like you the managers (especially Carlos Reyes) are bullies. It is billed as a 'FAMILY" PARK BUT IT'S NOT.
