This hack job of a flower shop is HORRIBLE. Horrible flowers, horrible employees, and the worst customer service at any flower shop I have ever had to deal with. My wife ordered flowers (stargazers) for her mother, explained she only wanted them if they were open, not closed. They said they will all be opened. Of course, they were all closed. Just what you would expect from a 2nd rate flower shop. We called and complained, said we wanted a refund. After putting up a fight, the employee finally said they would. She then said they would need to go and pick the flowers up. We said ok, and we will call her mother to make sure she is home for them to come by and pick them up. They then immediately called my wife's mother and said her daughter is complaining about the flowers and asked if she liked them. OF COURSE, her mother said yes. They then said "you might want to call your daughter and tell her that so we dont come pick them up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! They had no permission or right to call her. The payment and complaint was made from my wife. That is the only person they needed to talk to. We called them back, talked to the manager who was just as rude as their poor attitude employee. They said they would refund them but they needed to pick up the flowers. We told her we all ready knew that and they needed to deal with us not my wifes mother. They picked the flowers up and probably resold them. They never refunded us either. THIEVES! If you really need flowers go a couple blocks away and there is another spot called Bakers Flowers.
