- Criminal DefenseCharmaine graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Law & Society. Thereafter, she attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego. Charmaine began her legal experience in criminal law as a certified legal intern with the San Diego Public Defender, Juvenile Division, followed by a temporary internship and opportunity in civil litigation with her then future employer, Thompson & Colegate that ended in the spring of 2003.
- Wrongful DeathTrevor D. DeBus joined Thompson & Colegate in 2015. His current areas of practice include general insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, construction, bankruptcy, and complex law and motion.

In 1996, as a single Mom of three, she joined Thompson & Colegate as a full time litigation paralegal and pursued upper division course work in the evenings for a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at La Sierra University. Susan then attended the University of La Verne College of Law where she earned the Cali Awards for Torts and for Case Analysis and Legal Writing. She served as Senior Staff Writer and as Staff Editor for the Editorial Board of ULV's Journal of Juvenile Law, as well. During and following law school, Susan was a member of the Advisory Committee for the undergraduate Legal Studies Program at the University of La Verne. In that capacity, she participated in the University's successful efforts to acquire ABA approval for its Paralegal Program.

She has most recently joined the Riverside County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Services as a mediator of probate and trust disputes. She has served as past Chair and an Arbitrator of the San Bernardino County Bar Association’s Fee Arbitration Program. She has served as Judge Pro Tem for the San Bernardino County Superior Court in Family Law and Small Claims Court. She has mediated civil law disputes for the San Bernardino County Superior Court.

Additionally, Craig's practice includes general counsel work for privately owned businesses. Laura went on to attend the University of La Verne College of Law, where she received CALI awards for the highest grade in multiple courses while working as a law clerk for a solo practitioner in San Bernardino and acting as a board member of multiple organizations, such as the Federalist Society and the ADR Association. Laura remained at the same firm as an attorney once she was admitted to practice in June 2013. She has primarily specialized in probate matters, including probate administration, estate planning, probate litigation, and trust litigation. Laura also acts as a volunteer arbitrator for the San Bernardino County Bar Association Fee Arbitration Program. In 2016, Laura joined Thompson & Colegate, where she continues to focus her practice in probate law.
