So Cal Engineering Surveying and Engineering We are a small company specializing in surveying including construction staking, boundary, Topo and ALTA surveys. So Cal Engineering formally Thelwell Survey has a background in all of the above. Mario Ibarra who is in charge of the field operations has twenty years of experience in the field and is an expert in construction staking for all sized projects. Al Thelwell is in charge of mapping, boundary analysis, and drafting. He is a licensed surveyor with twenty years of experience. We use state of the art data collection and stakeout technology. Mapping work is done using CAD and maps are available on disk or in a hard copy traditional format. We offer competitive rates and prompt, professional, insured performance.
