One star if that! When you are late they send you a notice stating you have 4 days to pay with a penalty and when I went in to pay on the 4th day, they bumped up the penalty stating that is what is in the computer. They are not nice, I am getting out as soon as I can.

Do not rent from here! At first it looks like a good place to rent from but once youre locked in to their contract its a whole different story. I was charged a whole months rent for not giving a strict 10 day notice to vacate in writing. I gave my notice 9 days before vacating and was still charged. I spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional and asked me why I didnt know how to read a contract. I was very disappointed with their service. Orangecrest self storage was the worst experience I have had. Not to mention the rat pellets on my stored furniture.
