Except for the fact that the address listed here is wrong, (Correct Address is 6355 Riverside Ave) everything in my transaction went very smooth. Always could talk with a live person - never Voice Mail. Detail oriented and very thorough. Closed quickly and found everyone in the office polite and eager to help in anyway.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!I would not reccomend this escrow company to anyone. Rude, unfriendly and extremely slow in processing and extraditing escrow documents. Fees are not competitive with other escrow companies in the area...they seem to "over-charge" for miscellaneous "junk fees". Also, my escrow papers had to be corrected twice due to the so-called officer not paying attention to the purchase contract. I also had a hard time when i called and asked to speak with the manager and was told EACH TIME that she was in a "meeting" or "with a client" but in reality they were just giving me the run-around. Don't waste your time delaing with an unprofessional company...
