      We specialize in martial arts for the whole family. We teach ages 3 & up. We also teach fitness kickboxing to help you tone up and lose weight. These classes are also a great way to relieve stress & teach you self-defense. Our kids classes are amazing to help improve focus, concentration, respect, discipline & manners. An area we truly specialize in is helping children with ADD/ADHD. Doctors recommend our program to parents & its amazing to see how children improve with their grades in school, focus on their parents & teachers. Some parents have even told us our program has helped their child to no longer need medication.
