We perform Design, Drafting, Engineering on all structures and materials, and prepare plans scratch to completion with printing and copy services, to provide full project service from beginning to final submittal to appropriate building department. In house proprietary software allows extreme speed in performing design and printing for low overhead management of project and our engineers associates perform calculations for wood-frame and low rise steel buildings. CAPABILITIES For ten years H.R. & Associates has supported demand in the housing sector performing over 2800 residential projects, including tract homes, custom homes, additions remodeling alterations and many different more. These were performed on a best professional manner an using in house software to design the wood-frame architectural and structural systems. Commercial and Industrial projects have included Architectural, and Structural design for strip retail centers. office buildings, medical buildings, industrial manufacturer buildings.
