Brain-child of Patiala based middle class family man, Dilraj Singh Randhawa, Gandhi Indian Cuisine is a restaurant to show the love for food and India. Grown up with the emphasised act of cooking in Punjabi Family, Dilraj has a special attachment to food and tastes. Staying in United States since a while, he always used to miss the authentic feeling of the Indian food, which thus gave the idea of opening his own restaurant. Catering to the localities with his moms special Punjabi Tadka recipes was a dream come- true when the Gandhi Indian Cuisine became a clear picture. The aim is to serve the citizens & help them clear the misconception of Indian food being spicy always. It is an objective to take them through the actual experience and taste of the authentic Indian food by bringing the health factor in consideration. Residing in the Riverside area since 15 years gave Dilraj a confidence to open up Gandhi Indian Cuisine in the same area & to help people change the perception of Indian food. He look forward for a overwhelming response about the special dishes offered at the restaurant to make the residence once again fall in love with the Indian traditions and food. With the idea of having the Indian setup and visual merchandise, the restaurant will offer the guests with the typical food taste along with the Indian environment and surroundings making them feel to be in India.
