I got my E350 from these guys and I love it, my wife loves it and the kids love it. If I didn't know better I would have guessed it was new. I still haven't found a flaw. I wish I would have bought all my cars here I know I will buy all my other cars here.
Executive image is absolutely the best dealership in the Inland Empire. They weren't concerned with my credit ratings and did not hold it against me and still was able to put me in it BMW 550 i something I never thought I owe. I look forward to doing future business with Executive image and will refer them to all my friends and family.

when is a used dealer going to start selling cars that aren't going to break down anytime . cars are so expensive the fact that they don't take inconsideration that we the customers need 100% loyalty if there are any car problems. all they want is the $$$ .

This company is horrible. They took advantage of my elderly mother. They gave her the run around and wouldn't allow her to pick up her consigned car after the contract had expired. After 4+ months of waiting for it to sale, she decided to take her car back and not have them sale it. She called to ask to pick it up twice. Both times they put her off and ultimately told her to call back in the morning to pick it up. In the morning when she called they said they sold the car. The manager was rude and condescending blaming everything on my mother. Do not do business with these crooks!
Just got the car I have been wanting for a very long time - I am very pleased with the service and financing terms. They are very nice to work for and not pushy.
I really appreciated the people at Executive Image, they had a nice selection and with the help of the manager Warren I was able to find the right car I was looking for. Thank you for a great experience.
Had the worst experience here. People there don't really care to speak to you. Walked around for 10 min before someone came out, by then I was done waiting

I just bought a 2010 BMW 5 Series runs beautiful and the salesmen where very nice and the manager was great! My husband really liked the manager we were recommended to buy a car from this place by some friends of ours. We are glad we did!!!!

I am a proud owner of a beautiful Lexus. I have been dealing with the owner for over 8 years both my boys bought there cars from this place. I tell all my friends about it. Now I am ready to purchase a car for my daughter and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Beware if you plan on taking your car here so they can sell it. If you take a high end car car there, they will drive it and put over 100 miles on it and damage the vehicle and treat it with disrespect and tell you there isn't anything you can do about it. If you tell them you have a lawyer, they laugh and tell you to call them. This place is under investigation by the DMV investigations service due to fraud, so beware.

I had the worst exsperience buying a car from executive image the sales man was ghetto I felt as if I was being hustled bye a drug dealer, the owner wouldn't give me my keys back he kept saying let me figure out another deal I was begging for my keys back, but they madras sure they screwed me over before I left

BUYER BEWARE!! I know it was my own fault for not paying better attention, but i am the proud owner of a 2005 "luxury automobile" that i am $18,000 upside down on because of a trade in (or two) gone wild and an extended loan. My warranty is up in 3,000 miles and i can not get refinanced because of the owe/worth difference. I went in blind because they claimed to be friends, and were all "trust us" guys on the lot. Months later i realized that i really got the short end of the stick. We removed the Exeutive Image frames off of the other cars and have stopped referring these guys to our friends. It is too bad too, the owner is a nice guy - but it appears that they are all out to get a buck, I will be paying for this mistake for years to come!
