This association does not provide attorney referrals and charges for initial consult with rotating attorneys belonging to the association. One is never sure who they will be consulting with. They referred me to the yellow pages to find an attorney. Not at all what I thought the Association was for.

Riverside Bar Association does not provide enough free, pro bono, services to low income people or seniors needing help with real estate mortgage issues. Low income people and seniors cannot afford to pay for a consultation, and then be told the case will cost thousands, or legal aid clinics don't handle these issues.
