Let me just add this Julie...just tryin to get a custom cake for a VERY SPECIAL BIRTHDAY for someone...I guess I will have to tell them, SORRY I had to go to Ralphs to get a GENERIC CAKE on ur "9th BIRTHDAY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Referred by Naomi @ ralphs...raved how wonderful they were...NOOOOOT...called THREE locations tryin to get help!!!...I was CUT-OFF in the middle of my sentence by the judy...I was HUNG-UP on by rhonda...called bk n wanted to leave a message for the owner julie, but when I called bk the nxt girl just ARGUED w me about leavin a message for the owner...said she (julie) was TOOOOOOOOOOO BUSY to be BOTHERED!!!!!!!!!... so I called another location n tried to leave a message w Charice...samething she is TOOOOOOO BUSY...opening an new location...if u CAN'T control the locations u already have...WHY R u opening another!!!...so Charice was SHORT w me bcuz I had a ? if I missed her call...Charice said, well don't u have a VM?...she could have cared LESS about why asked her!!!...Ok...this was LAST THURS 6-23-16...it is now MON 6-27-16...it have called "SIX" more times since THURS 6-23..."EVERYTIME" I call n leave "ANOTHER" message...crystal, monique, tirya.....she's TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BUSY opening a new location!!!!!!!!....R u SERIOUS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!###! ..what u can't take FIVE MINUTES out of ur day to call me Julie to RECTIFY this situation!!!!!!!!!!!.....WE r ALL BUSY Julie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....this is TRULY the MOST DISTURBING SITUATION EVER....BEYOND DISTURBING!!!!!!...I have NEVER been treated soooooo BADLY/CRAPPY in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!...n I DONT understand how Julie can treat PATRONS/CUTOMERS like this n think this is EXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...thesereviews need to give u a NEGATIVE STAR OPTION!!!!!!!!!!...bcuz they DESERVE a NEGATIVE 100 STARS @ the minimum!!!!!!!

Great cake. Horrible customer service. Astronomical prices. Charged me $70 for an 8 inch cake.
