Located in Riverside, Calif., Community Care and Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to meet the post hospital and long-term care needs of patients of all ages. It has lounges, dining rooms, open patios and beauty parlors. The center provides cable TV and telephones in the rooms. It also provides a wide range of health care services, including nursing care, social services, and dietary and hospice care. Its nursing care services include 24-hour nursing; intravenous, physical, speech and occupational therapies; pain management; special diets; and dental, podiatry and ophthalmology care. The activities department plans and conducts a wide variety of programs, such as special events, and entertainment and educational programs.
