I work at a body shop and have been using bill for 5 years I have never had any problems with him. I have taken my own cars to him and referred all my friends, family members and customers to him. I would DEF recommend.. he and Earl are the Best !!!

if you want great service and quality workmanship take your car to these guys.they were recomended to me by my dealer.now i know why.great job very knowlegeable and nice clean shop.

I asked Bill if he could fix my windshield and he said yeah bring it over. after he was done, my windshield was not glued right so it came off when i started driving on the street AND I ALMOST HAD AN ACCIDENT! when i went back Bill would not redo it or give me my money back, he was so rude! i do not recomend anyone to go there.

I came last week to Auto Glass America and they did THE WORST JOB ON MY CAR!! First i talk to Bill on the phone he gave me a price and when i got to his shop he charged me extra 50 dollars for molding and tax. Then he when did my glass he scratched my car when he was cutting the corners an was absolutely UNFRIENDLY on the phone. SO I EXTREMELY NOT RECOMEND GOING TO THIS SHOP THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!
