This facility and staff had given me and my family great care and attentiveness throughout my pregnancy (using prenatal care) and checkups following.



They helped me with the process and questions regarding birth control later that year. It had been a welcoming environment from the start. Can be a bit busy at times in the waiting room, but that can be expected for not having made an appointment.



The only downer is the remarks I make about Dr. Santoso whom I was told would not be staying with them and practicing in their office. He was the only one who seemed pushy and rude. Everyone else was helpful and joyful.



I look forward to utilizing their services in the future.

I will never come back !!!!! My son had high fever call the office to get him in as a walk in they told me it was find I was waiting out there for 30 min befor they open the door I called again cuz they didn't open on time so i told Briana I think that was her name from the front desk told her I was brining in my son for the first time if I can get the paperwork Said she is waiting on the provider to get there before she open the door I walked in and she said sorry we can take walkins I was the only one there I told her you guys just told me I can she refuse to see my son there was no patients and she blame the back office that they had no idea what they were talking about she don't know why they told me to come in as a walking !!!!! Really where is the communication making people wait for 30 min outside o come in and say sorry we can't see you !!!!! Horrible experience with this place never going back with yo that office had The Worst costumer service !!

Best pediatric doctor she puts a lot of care in to the little ones
