General Info
GymNation is a multi-sport training facility. They host gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, crossfit fitness, and indoor baseball cages. This 16,000 square foot facility has over 3000 sq. ft. of in-ground training pits and trampolines. It has the only power rod floor and trench pit on Long Island. It also has 6000 sq. ft. of indoor batting cages and a state-of-the-art Crossfit training area.

Stay away from this place. They lack of knowledge is unbelievable in training, the stuff they have to say may sound good and that they are experienced but thats only to people that also have a lack of knowledge. I have spoken with few people that have experienced the same. I dont think they could even write a viable program themselves. The worst though is the lack of knowledge on proper form and technique. I feel bad for the people that blindly follow them and put themselves in a situation with increased chance of severely hurting themselves. If you dont believe me really do your homework on fitness and sport training talk to them and watch some of their classes and will see. Also the short trainer forget his name of hand, but anyway his is really unprofessional using the gym to try and "talk to" the young ladies (This you will not been seen off the bat but hang around there enough and youll start to see) Like i said others have seen these qualities. Can only comment on fitness part.

This place is amazing! All three of kids take lessons here and the staff is professional and friendly. The environment of the facility is open and fun while offering top notch training. My kids are able to take gymnastics, cheerleading, and baseball lessons all while I get my daily workout in. A+ in my book.
