I joined their membership to have yearly maintenance on heating/cooling system. They checked my heating system in last October found everything was OK, but my gas furnace stopped blowing heat a few weeks after the maintenance. They overpriced for the repair (even they said they offer member 20% off). Their technicians just tried to sell you something. I do not recommend this company.
