I have lived in Wren's Crossing (now Emerald Point) from 2006-2008. I wouldn't recommend living at Emerald Point to my worst enemy. Infested with waterbugs and ants. Trash dumpsters are always full, running over to the ground. Buildings are too old, you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes and sometimes conversations. You are not allowed to stand and talk with your neighbor on the sidewalk. You are not allowed to change your car tire. But they do have a courtesy officer that won't come outside if he hears gun shots until an hour later. I have seen large rodents roaming in the back apartments. I have seen shootouts in the front apartments. Stay Away! You have been warned!
