General Info

Steve Trebus has been appraising residential properties since 1991. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser in both Wisconsin and Minnesota and is FHA approved. Steve was involved in building and home construction for over 10 years before becoming an appraiser. Wisconsin counties covered include Pierce, St. Croix and southern Polk. Minnesota counties covered include Dakota, Washington, Ramsey and the city of Red Wing. Please see our website for additional details.
