What I experienced at Global Wireless was like NO OTHER! The customer service I received from Charanne was outstanding! She went above and beyond the call of duty! My husband and I wanted the new EVO so our first stop was to a Sprint Dealer. They basically told us that they didn't have the phone, because it was on back order until whenever but that we could call daily to check if any had come in then rush down there because they would not be willing to hold one for me! I then decided to check out ACN which was a complete and total disaster (enough said)! To get back on a positive note.... Global Wireless was able to get us the phones that nobody else in town could get (not even the Sprint store) and at a cheaper price! We received our phone the day after the order was placed! Thank you Global Wireless for bailing us out, we would definitely recommend you guys to allll our friends and family! And if you have a business you need phones for, I would recommend you check them out!
