They are nice looking on the inside and outside, but they are poorly made and poorly managed. You can hear EVERYTHING you neighbors do and there are so many ridiculous and unnecessary rules that you are afraid to breath. And as with any rental place, expect to pay your rent on time, but do not expect the same respect in return when you move out. Getting close to two months since we have moved out and still waiting on our deposit refund after being told it was mailed out week after week.

the apartments look outstanding on the outside and look like they would be a great place to live in. i would like to know how much rent is, if its income based or not and if you're allowed to have animals.
