I love Dr. Howell he's an excellent guy, but I'm extremely aggravated with the office workers. Was told over the phone a price for dental work and payment plan, after procedure was done I was charged $1100 with no payment plan. They seem to have gotten amnesia since the appointment was made. I would have just got the darn thing pulled free with insurance if I knew this was going to be the case. Not poor person friendly. :(

Went in with a broken, infected, and painful tooth. Doctor said "I don't do extractions, I don't have time", and referred me to an Oral Surgeon 40 minutes away scheduled 4 days later. At least he gave me a prescription for some antibiotics for the infection. Felt like the waste of time.

Somehow I knew that Dr. Howell cared about me. It was not a well practiced facade, he was genuine.
