I went to this place today and the service just sucked. Two out of the three employees that were working were rude. They had horrible customer service and had no manners. I would never go back to this place again!

I have been patronizing Great Clips Enchanted Hills for a couple of years. I have commuted 45 min to have my hair cut here because of the experience, expertise, professionalism, and courtesy of some of the staff. I have moved twice but still remained loyal to this business. However yesterday, I called at 9 am to discuss best time, drove 45 min, waited 1 hr and 20 min, only to be expected to wait even longer for another client who was later seated next to me. She was intentionally taken out of turn ahead of me. I was embarrassed, hurt, and too tired to ever be treated like that again. I left after saying it was not all right with me, I cancelled my appointment on the spot. I will not return. This is the first time I have ever negatively critiqued a business. The person you are bumping out of turn may have just as good a reason as you have for NOT being bumped, but has been honorably waiting, and expects to be treated with respect.
