Dwain's used to be a great shop with decent service. Not anymore (the sudden death of "Zack" happened and there have been many "slick talking" service reps since)I had problems with a 4WD clunking when it was cold outside or the truck had not been driven in a few days. they told me to clean the battery! (I did....no improvement)Took another car in for headlight aiming (assured they do that) and...no aiming chart anywhere....paid the fee and found the lights to be so far off it wasn't funny!I won;t be using Dwain's at all and many associates of mine have decided the same after very unsatisfactory experiences as well.Oh....free shuttle? Harley, unless you can just "wait a while"...and the waiting area is a small area less than the size of a bathtub....coffee? Didn't see any. they have a computer (an old 386 that doesn't work) and a TV the size of my monitor!
