      Joey, the manager, made it so easy to use my "hassle free" replacement warranty! He then sent me to a place who would replace the "posts" that had been broken due to misalignment of the tire nuts. Thanks, Joey! Also, thanks for explaining the charges vs. re-warranty of the new tire - I almost made the wrong decision about that.
