They took me as a walk in the last min I needed my haircut and color to be corrected I'm actually surprised by the bad review everyone was very friendly the girl who cut and colored my hair was only a level one and was a excellent hairdresser she fixed both my cut and color perfectly and I will be going back

I typically don't write reviews but felt I needed to write this one. I'm a professional in my 40's and have to say this is the worst haircut I ever had. I almost wanted to break down in tears in the salon but held back. What an embrassment to her profession. I'm shocked this individual is actually employed with Panico. I would think they would have a minimim standard in who they hire. I requested someone seasoned and thought level 3 would be safe. She said she had 19 years of cutting experience. I have warned my niece and daughter not to go back there. My close friends have actually commented on what a horrific cut it was. Thank goodness I work from home and don't have to travel for a few weeks. I've been wearing a baseball cap since the cut. Unless you have a personally referral, I would not recommend this place.

I have been coming to Panico since the 1980s. Malinda has been cutting my hair for over a year. She gives me an edgy style that is appropriate for a 45 year old. The color covers my gray hair and stays brilliant for more than 6 weeks! Love this place! LH West Milford NJ

For the past 6 years, since I moved to Caldwell with my husband from LA, I have been going to Tom for my haircuts and highlights. I also recently started getting blowouts a couple times a week because I'm obsessed! No one can do hair like him! I'm so happy with the way the employees treat their customers and it is so worth the money. Thanks to Tom & Panico, my hair looks even more fabulous than it did when I went to my A-list stylist in LA.

Very disappointed. I went a couple of times to get my haircut and got over the fact that I paid $60 for a trim...I could deal with that. I scheduled an appt. to get my hair done for a wedding. I was in the chair for 12 minutes exactly and the girl curled my hair (it looked terrible) I thought it would fall out by 6 so I held it in (my fault). Then I got the ticket to pay $75!!! and was charged for an updo! I did not have an updo by anymeans...I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes...ARE THEY KIDDING ME???? Needless to say I went home and took a shower...did my own hair, and now out $75. Never going there again.
