Ripped off over 10 yrs. Built our house I 1996. In 1998 we 1st used K.Burns to pump & clean our septic. Then Bi yearly after that. In 2014 on a Sunday morning, raw sewage stated pumping out of our 1st flr. toilet, all over our hardwood floors. Called a plumber at $150. to tell me it was the septic tank over flowing. He dug up a place in my yard and opened the top of the tank. That was never uncovered , which means the tank has never been cleaned or pumped out. We always ask to call us 15 min. before they get there so we could meet them due to us having 3 dogs. They never called us , and even argued over the phone they were there. These people are creeps

I love this company. We've been using them for years. They are very polite, helpful, and they work with you. Mr. & Mrs. Burns are wonderful people, they know with my mother having a disability and limited income, they allow her a payment plan and don't hound her if she's late. I'll never use anyone else and I'll be sad when I move knowing they don't service that area.

Whenever I poured water down my kitchen sink my toilet was overflowing. Mr burns came out and used a high pressure jet to fix the years worth of grease build up in the pipes. I had only lived in my house for six months when this happens so the build ip was clearly not my fault. It was a structural problem due to bellies in the pipes which caused the build up. Mr burns was extremely polite and professional. He was also very helpful and put it in writing what the problem was to prove to my landlord it was her responsibility to pay for it. He was great and I will call him again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Called them due to a back up in the shower. They came out and pumped the septic system, the problem remained. They came out and power jetted the line, charged 180.00, the problem remained. Came back out jetted again the problem remained. We had to hire another plumber. So, bad bad for charging and not fixing the problem but leaving it for another plumber to do.
