I pre-ordered the Nintendo Switch months ago. The store I ordered if from closed down and I wasn't told. I had to call and get it transferred to this location. I called a week before the release to make sure it was still good and was told it wasn't but that my name was added to one of the additional systems and I could come pick it up. I even went by the store the day before to make sure it was good and they said my name was on the last one. When I went in to pick it up during my lunch break, I was told it was sold by the District Manager to someone that didn't pre-order a system. Now I'm punished for trying to make a bad situation better.

Its great. The employees actually help you in my opinion. When I bought my copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution they checked to make sure the disc wasn't bouncing around in the case not many retailers where I've been have done that. They're super friendly As well.
