The second water heater failed due to a manufacturers defect in the water heater, these gentlemen were able to get us a new water heater almost immediately. The installers were very polite and professional. I would recommend Keith to anyone needing professional service for a water heater. I will also be using his services for heating and cooling for my home as I am that confident in his services. When he just replaced my water heater again he did not charge me a dime as his work is 100% guaranteed and he backs his work.
