I have not had any problems with the plywood or the warehouse staff. The guys on the forklifts will go get additional pallats of hardwood, so I can find what I need. The guy at the counter has overcharged me the last time I went. I called him on it. He said they calculate the quantity based on the rough cut dimensions and then add a "shrinkage charge" to their hardwood....a quarter pounder doesn't weigh a quarter pound when you get it. I can't afford to go back. He added about 15% to the quantity before he rang it up.

and efficient. Warehouse personal on the other hand are slow and sometimes hard to find. Recently quality of materials has declined with delamination of plywoods most problematic.

its very cold in the warehouse and the sales people are always rude. never has the inventory in stock always back ordered. always have to wait several days even weeks to get my product. sets back my work, damaged plastics. never go there again. The associates are always talking how they hate to work there because of there pay. not very professional. always down the moral in there is so low. maybe if they get paid more they will be happier. i advise anyone not to go there.
