This is the worst place ever!! POOR craftsmanship. A pair of $200 UGG boots he ruined. Went in to fix a tear in the leather, he convinced me they had to be painted-- I go to pick them back up and the tear is not fixed. However, my distressed gray boot is now a shiny black boot. After, I commented on the rip, he fixed and then painted them brown! I went to him four times. After I told him I was not satisfied for the very expensive work he did and I wanted my money back. He told me NO- he needed to be paid for the work he did. AND, then asked me if I was trying to "commit highway robbery" on him. And, then his wife comes around the corner and he said " she is the honest one"-- WHAT!!! after all was said and done.. I only got back $100 from the $125 I paid and no boots. They were ruined. So --- I literally paid $25.00 for him to ruin my expensive shoes.

If I could give no stars I would I called this establishment to get an estimated price on the repair of my boots and whomever answered the phone interrupted me and replied "People call here all the time asking how much stuff is here, Dont call, Why you even ask me for I dont know!" and hung up the phone. I have not by far received such unsatisfactory service before in all my years of shopping. Please do not receive service from this establishment, save yourself an abundance of headache & horrible service. If they speech so unprofessionally on the phone can you imagine what their service is like with your quality belongings!!!!

HIGH PRICES & POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!!! Go Elsewhere
