I called on Sat. 4/24/15 to ask about a wheelchair lift because the website said it was open 24 hours a day and I got a recording saying they were currently closed. You can't be open 24 hours if the recording says differently. I doubt that I will try calling again. You just lost a potential customer.

This business has delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a medical supply company. Every inquiry was met with nothing short or a run around between office staff and actual therapist handling equipment.

The Farmville Va. office of these folks is the absolute best. I switched from a previous provider that was so-so in order to obtain better equipment and have been more than pleased with these folks.

I called them today and asked them what is wrong with my cpap machine and he told me he did not know that he would have to send it off. Well I told him that I did not have a way to bring it in and he told me that he was going to charge me 50.00 to drive 4 miles to pick it up for me. I am going to find out if their is another place I can go. cause they do not have a 24 hour emergency service. they will just tell you to call in Monday morning if it is over the weekend or anything
