I don't think I can leave this place a bad enough review, really. I sent in my Bulova Accutron in early spring and have yet to receive it (or receive any updates) and it is late summer. I have tried calling to receive updates, but no one will return my calls.

I was looking for a jeweler to repair my Rolex Presidential, Breitling Chronograph, and my wife's Tag Heuer needed to be serviced, and Watch & Pen came highly recommended by several friends of mine in the office downtown. If you are looking for quick and competent service at the best price, this is the place to come! In fact, I found out after the fact that they had been rated "Best of Richmond" for 2008. After they repaired my Rolex, I purchased several certified diamonds from them at a price $2,000 and $3,000 less than what every other jeweler in the metro Richmond area had quoted me! If you like to shop around, this is a gem in the Richmond area worth finding, and the first stop I will make for any future purchases or repairs!
