Great company. The people are extremely courteous, and they don't treat you like you don't know what your talking just because your a woman. The staff in the office that I spoke to were very kind and patient also. I was very satisfied with the work they did and the price.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and I rate W. L. Wachter the best. My Generator was installed and tested without any issues. The Wachter team just finished installing a whole house generator. The price was fair, the work was done in the manner of craftsmen (including leaving the job site neat and broom clean every time they left). Everyone I spoke with at Wachter (sales, office, lead electrician, helpers) had that genuine customer-care quality which is so rare today. I am a curious guy, but they answered each of my questions patiently and trained me well on how to manage the generator. Job well done, Wachter! I would recommend you to anyone.
