BE ADVISED!! Contractor took our CASH deposit and never performed any work. We are hopeful that we'll get that back, without having to take legal action.A neighbor had used VHI, Inc. for a garage roof with no problems, so we decided to give him an opportunity. We were very trusting and patient in the beginning, then after 2 months of excuses for not being able to schedule work, we could not wait any longer. We contacted the BBB with a complaint against the company and hired another contractor to replace the roof. By the way, that company scheduled work immediately and completed in 2 days and did an excellent job.BBB rating is now and "F," with several very similar complaints in the past few months.

Large front porch was added to an existing concrete pad. Porch was approximately 8'x40' with large sloping shed roof that has a high pitch to match the existing cape cod building. Additionally, the entire structure (new porch and old roof) were re-shingled. Cedar siding to match existing structure was added to new porch roof to match exactly. Contractor was extremely professional, providing excellent communication from start to finish. Cost was low compared to other estimates from other contractors. Work was done within budgeted cost, ahead of scheduled end-date, and beyond expectations. Absolutely beautiful work. This contractor does NOT nickel and dime you! Highly recommend him. We will be using him again for other projects!!!!
Best experience we've ever had hiring workers on home repairs. Roof looks so nice.. and carries a lifetime warrenty! We also had them do a few siding repairs, etc... excellent job.. workers all get along well, they come when they say they are... omg excellent company!
This is absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had getting people in to work. We got a new roof, and it looks wonderful. They showed up when they said they would. Their teams work good together... They clean up.. When we first met these people, they came in, showed me they were a legal license business, and showed me proof of insurance.. We also had some siding repairs, etc... and they were the best. Highly recommend, I was highly impressed... They were also just good people!
This is the worst looking new roof I have ever seen. Many shingles are buckling after just 3 months, there are big swags in the roof where it looks like the just shingled over warped plyboard, the edges of the roof are uneven, some shingles stick straight out and some curl under, the roof top line is not straight. I am having to pay a roofing inspector as I am not confident the skylights were installed correctly and too many shingles look unfastened.
