I had Lasik not PRK. My surgery went well, I had no issues. Except for freaking out a little afterwards simply because I had eye surgery and it is crazy what technology can do. I took the Xanax afterwards like they suggest and was fine there on out. I do not believe the sales people were pushy, in fact I think they were very patient with my husband and I asking A LOT of questions. (Suggestion, always do your research be weary of "bad" reviews and then make the decision once you've gathered your information. Never make rash decisions, my husband and I have been burned that way too many times.) I could drive the next day but things were semi-blurry for a good few weeks because your eyes are healing! It has been almost 2 months and at my last appointment (3-4 weeks ago) I was at 20/25 vision. Keep in mind PRK is longer recovery and only if you are not eligible for Lasik. I am still healing, doing well and feel strongly it was worth it.

do NOT and I repeat do NOT be fooled by good reviews of this place on ANY of their surgeries!! Take it from someone who is suffering from a hasty decision, made possible by their deceitful sales people working there. I did the PRK and I'm still suffering almost 2 years after, bad results, with horrible side effects right after the surgery, I literally screamed for days from pain after it. They have staff that are TRAINED to persuade you into getting any surgery you choose there, I did the PRK. Now they want me to do "an enhancement" basically SECOND surgery. They rob you of your money and promise you this and that with minimal pain, PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH ON PRK AND OTHER SURGERIES! The long term side effects like 20 years after are HORRENDOUS!!! You will pay about 4K only to go back to glasses or lenses one day whether now or later in your life. Eyesight is not something to be taken lightly or played with so called FDA approved equipment. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place. Terrible
