We have had several outstanding experiences here with Jeff and The Dive Shop. He helped us to get certified and set us up with gear that was perfect for our diving needs. We had a few issues with having to order gear and it taking longer than expected but that was more than made up for by Jeff's willingness to go the extra mile by staying late talking us through how the dive computer worked and getting us ready for our Lake Rawlings dives. Because of him we are looking forward to future dives!

Not sure where to start - waited 4 hours to buy mask/fins and sign up for a class. Ordered gear and it is not in 4 weeks later. Told we would get a $50 discount on a package but would not honor it when we picked it out (website even says $100). Called 8 times and left messages or talked to store personnel to request package pricing, but received no response. Was given a regulator with a visibly broken first stage for open water training, had to use instructors. Instructor traded tanks during open water and gave me a tank that had not been inspected recently (could not be filled). Live out of town, but when I asked if i could have a few days to return equipment was told that I would be charged an extra day if I did not return it the next day. Have to make extra trip to get my picture taken for certificiation. Was sold a computer and was told it had a computer download kit, but was missing cables. Jim is a nice guy, but the business is a train wreck. Not sure how it could have been worse

Great customer service! I was able to take scuba lessons and go on a great dive trip! Would recommend this dive shop to everybody.
