Horrible customer service skills. Never have I ever been spoken to so rudely. I called to ask questions and he wanted to be rude and told me I called and asked to many questions. Are you kidding me? I've never been through the process and he didn't tell me how the process worked. I will be looking into other insurance company's if I have to deal with them again

I can't speak about all the other people who work in this office but the owner of this claims service has no customer service skills what so ever. He is very rude.
