The staff is Rental Works is exceptional. They are consistently available to answer any questions I have had about equipment. In short, they know their stuff! I also like that they have a rental catalog on their website where I can price pieces of equipment prior to renting.

I cannot express in words how pleased I was with the product and service I received from Rental Works over the last few days. First, the machine worked perfectly and reduced my labor by hours, if not days. It started every time, did the job it was expected to do and was in good condition. More importantly was the way we were treated by every employee we encountered, at both locations. Our initial phone call and visit were treated as though you were very appreciative off the business and the directions for machine use were precise and informative. The employee took the the time to make sure the machine started, in fact he switched it with another when the first would not start immediately. We encountered trouble that the original auger bit was shorter than needed and Miguel graciously informed us of an extension and allowed us to complete the job at no additional cost. The price was very fair and the extra time was much appreciated. I strongly recommend this company!
