We had Regal install windows at our house. They were weeks late and we had to follow up with them to get them installed. The ignored the rot that they said - in the contract - they would replace, and left large gaps that were open for weeks while we waited for them to return with the correct material to finish the job. I feel like it was money wasted. The worst part was they the owners just did not care at all!!

I really appreciated the fact that the guys who did the work were journeymen. They also seemed to care about the job, and their appearances. I refered Regal to my mother-in-law and she had them side her house and it turned out great. They sent me $50 for the referral without me even asking them--my mother-in law told them I recommended them and they just sent it to me in the mail. That's a nice way of doing business.

WARNING! This company is certainly the cheapest! And you get what you pay for. Our work was to be started 11/1/14 and completed by 11/30/14. The work didn't start until 12/14 and only after a phone call to ask what the delay was. Workers showed up without calling on a cold rainy day. The workers didn't have everything they needed to complete the job so our house was open longer than expected.The french patio door is obviously a factory second. We ordered screens for the door which didn't show up until Feb 2015. Once again workers showed up without any notice. The screens were finally installed 3/5/15, but not without problems. The screens were not the correct size, so everything had to be modified fit. The gutters they installed took 3 trips from workers who didn't seem to know what was required. We were quoted a price for a job we were told later was not possible. When we asked for a price reduction, they gave us only $100 off. We will never use them again!
My wife and I interviewed three siding companies and we selected Regal Home Improvements based on value of the product and service. The initial meeting with the owner of Regal felt more like a friendly conversation with question and answer than a slick sales pitch. We liked that the owner took the time to educate us about siding in general rather than jumping in and trying to sell us his product. Regal started the project within the timeline initially discussed. The installers are courteous and professional. The overall workmanship is excellent. The project was completed in five business days and we are very pleased with how our home looks.
The thing that I liked the most about the job that you did on my bathroom is that you fixed the piping as well, if it wasnt for you guys I would need to renovate again.
