I have been a customer of this dry cleaning business for 10 years. I have used their laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration service. Until recently, service has been friendly and good. During a recent visit I noticed that after a light colored suit had been dry cleaned, there were dark stains on jacket that were not there when i left the suit with them to be cleaned. After they attempted to remove the stain and could not, service went from good to poor and friendly to unfriendly. They insinuated I must have gotten something on it before I brought it in. When I assured them I had not, the seamstress was short with me, uninterested, and then walked away. Lessons learned... If you value the money you spend on your clothing...don't use this dry cleaning service.
