Positive- Very nice big apartment, convenient location for food and transportation. Free basic cable you just have to pay for the box and get it set up. Negative-smack in the middle of VCU, No bell but a keypad that was put in from the previous owners that past tenants still know the code and use it(scary I know). No use of washer and dryer, no use of dish washer, full time worker, - 200$ electric bill (not including the 300$ deposit for electric that's divided each monthFor 3 months) when you start it up in your name) which is a lot more expensive than NY I may add. Also I believe the Heat runs off of electric as well. Brick walls in bedrooms which make the apartment cold and the bedrooms the coldest during winter months. Washer and dryer in basement to use, one washer always breaks and takes your quarters, the left over beer cans and used condoms in the basement also aren't so appealing which in conclusion I recommend doing laundry at a laundromat.
