I had a bad experience with this company. They quoted me one price over the phone and then wanted to charge me double when someone came to my house. On top of all that they charged me a service fee on top of that. In my opinion, the person they sent out was not very professional. I would not recommend this company.

I bought a master key system from this locksmith. They also installed it and I am very happy with the service and the price I received. Paul and Son Locksmith gave me a price estimate before starting any work. The locksmith also brought several systems to choose from and was very knowledgeable about the differences between them. We live next door to each other, and as soon as we arrived home, went to get our wives to show off the great catch. They came out excited to the car, and the trunk would not open. Try as we did, nothing. We called the locksmith and explained that we had fish stuck in the trunk and could he get to us quickly as the fish would go off soon. He said he would be with us in 5 minutes as he was a block away. He did, and did his magic and open the trunk. Before leaving he gave my friend a new key that worked. He was just great, and as well as paying him cash, we gave him a fish to take home.

I dropped my car keys and as luck would have it they fell into the sewer. What a day! Luckily this is the locksmith that I chose, they came quickly, opened my car and made me a new ignition key as well as keys for all the doors. It was an expensive accident but at leastr the job was done right. No complaints.
