This was the worst boat buying dealership experience my family has been through. We purchased a Chaparral cuddy cabin boat for almost $30,000 from them in 2013, and it was one of the worst mistakes my family has made. Since buying the boat, we've tried to sell the boat back to the dealership just months later only to be offered 19k. Since we did not want to take a $10,000 loss on the boat just 6 months after purchasing FROM THEM, we declined their offer. With us still trying to sell the boat a year later due to family expansion, we tried to give this dealership a couple opportunities to make us an offer, again. The dealership did not return my phone calls, and finally my husband got through to them. Despite their website stating they "Buy used boats", the dealership would not buy our boat back. We feel as if we were treated unfairly and put in an uncomfortable situation with this dealer.
