Unfortunately, Mr. Myers is not a good Appraiser based on the fact and reality that he missed some very important details, in terms of similar and recent comps that should have been incorporated into his Appraisal. Then once I brought the other very similar comps to his attention, he chose to ignore these so that it did not make him look bad. I think he did not want me to know he did not know what he was doing. Mr. Myers believes if you ignore the relevant Comps, the mistake or issue will disappear. But, obviously to me (not to him) the reality will still exist until the facts are addressed and considered.
