I cam to MMA Institute looking for a new workout experience. Weight lifting and running weren't exciting enough for me. At MMA Institute i found kettlebells, a couple different cardio/conditioning classes and a high intensity Muay Thai class. I'm two months into my membership and loving every minute! I highly recommend MMA Institute to anyone looking for a fresh new style of working out.
