If I could give a lower rating...

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. I cam in with strep throat, which I knew was strep throat because I've had it before, and because it was going around at work. After misdiagnosing me with a cold when I had not even one cold symptom, the nurse practitioner sent me away and told me to call if my symptoms changed or worsened. The next day I was worse, with a fever and white patches on my throat and could barely swallow, so I called back, only to be told that I had to come back in and pay for another appointment before they could do anything, and that they don't prescribe antibiotics for any infections other than strep throat. I told them that was ridiculous, and she told me it's their policy and there is nothing they can do. They told me they would have a "manager's page" to contact me, and no one called me back. When I tried to call back to follow up, I was disconnected. In the end, I finally went to a REAL urgent care clinic, found out that I DID have strep throat, and got appropriate treatment. Minute Clinic is convenient, but only as long as you consider malpractice and misdiagnosis convenient.
